HOW DO I RESERVE?
To make a reservation, fill in the online reservation form in the Reservations section. Eatboqueria will confirm your reservation and send you a code by e-mail to the address you have given us.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY RESERVATION REQUEST?
After filling the reservations form, Eatboqueria will check whether the requested dates are available. Then we will send you a code by e-mail to the address you have given us.
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP ON THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION, OR IF I WANT TO CANCEL IT?
To guarantee a refund of the amount you have already paid, you must cancel the reservation at least FIVE DAYS before the reservation date. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation price.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE, TIME AND/OR SERVICE OF THE RESERVATION?
Yes, if you do so at least FIVE DAYS before the initial reservation date. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the codes you were given and tell us what changes you want to make. We will send you the new codes, subject to availability.
I HAVE A RESERVATION FOR A RESTAURANT AND I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER. CAN I DO THIS?
Yes, if you do so at least FIVE DAYS before the initial reservation date. Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the codes you were given and tell us which restaurant you want to go to. You will receive the new codes, subject to availability.
CAN I INCLUDE MORE PEOPLE IN MY RESERVATION?
Yes, if you do so at least FIVE DAYS before the initial reservation date. Just reserve the extra places you need using the reservation form and then send the reservation code list to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject to availability.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RESERVED FOR 4 PEOPLE BUT THE FINAL NUMBER IS 2? (reduction in the original number of people)
You cannot reduce the number. If you contact us at least FIVE DAYS before the initial reservation date, you will be offered the option of dividing the reservation and you have one year to use the remainder.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHARE TABLES IF I MAKE SEPARATE RESERVATIONS?
Yes, subject to availability.
IS THE RESERVATION PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE?
No. When you make the reservation, you will be given a code. If you are unable to go, you can pass the reservation on to anyone you want, for up to one year.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND MAKE VIDEOS IN THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, as long as you respect the privacy of the other people in the restaurant.
IS THERE ACCESS FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Please inform us about your mobility needs. Let us know in advance of any special needs you may have, to allow us to take the necessary steps to offer you every comfort at your table and for accessing toilets, etc. Send an e-mail to email@example.com
GIVE THE EATBOQUERIA EXPERIENCE AS A GIFT
We offer you the chance to give the Eatboqueria experience as a gift. You can purchase the experience in the reservation page. We will send you a series of codes which you can give to the person of your choice, to allow them to enjoy the Eatboqueria experience.
